Ik ben geen coach maar een energizer. Ik help je om in korte tijd uit je hoofd te komen en de rem van jouw mentale energie af te halen. Daardoor kan jij gaan voelen wat er nu echt toe doet in jouw persoonlijke leven en in je bedrijf. En vanuit die basis zal jouw energie en die in je marketing weer gaan stromen, zodat jij vanuit je volle potentie en vanuit rust kan gaan leven en ondernemen.

I know how it feels
It’s hugely frustrating when your head is full of creative energy but there’s something blocking its flow. You feel you have so much potential, but you don’t get the opportunity to show it. It often feels like everything in your environment is holding you back. The people you work with – and for – can feel like little more than obstacles, blocking your every move and slowing you down at every turn.

Of course, you try to push though, by working harder and harder. But the constant battle is energetically draining, which also has a hugely negative impact on your personal life.

Others didn’t share my enthusiasm
For 16 years I was proud to work for the most wonderful brands
in the consumer electronics industry. I really enjoyed to excite
customers with our amazing products, through events, training
and online content. The dynamics of working with customers
gave me a lot of energy.

Why don’t I get that opportunity?
For 16 years I was proud to work for the most wonderful brands in the consumer electronics industry. I really enjoyed to excite customers with our amazing products, through events, training and online content. The dynamics of working with customers gave me a lot of energy.

I am good at converting complex products and services into exciting marketing experiences. I look at things with a ‘helicopter view’ – combining strategic thinking and high-level connections to deliver compelling, product-selling stories.

From this high-level view I could also see much bigger opportunities to boost our sales and marketing activities which, to be frank, were not very exciting. I was ambitious and wanted to contribute to that bigger picture with my own ideas.

To earn that chance, I worked harder and harder, doing a lot of things that I didn’t enjoy at all. I expected company leaders would notice all my effort. That’s what I learned as a kid: you need to work hard to get what you deserve.

But it didn’t happen. Other people did get the opportunities I wanted. I’m sure the same thing happens to you. And that really frustrates.

As a result you start to doubt yourself. What am I doing wrong? In the meanwhile however, I saw a lots of things going wrong – in ways I predicted upfront. So you start wondering, ‘why didn’t I speak up’? Why was I afraid to show myself?
